Work somewhere you actually want to be
Seven Sails was built to be a practice people choose, and keep choosing.

Why Seven Sails
We're not going to pretend every dental office doesn't say it has a great team culture. So here's what we mean by it, specifically.
Freedom over obligation
We want people here by choice, not because they feel stuck. That means meaningful work, financial security, real opportunities to grow, and honest conversations, including the difficult ones. People stay because staying is the better option, and we work to keep it that way.
A calm pace, protected on purpose
We reject chaos. The schedule is built to be workable, we communicate clearly, we stay prepared, and we don't run the day in a state of low-grade panic. You'll finish your shift having done good work rather than having survived it.
A four-day week
We're open Monday to Thursday. Every weekend is a three-day weekend, and that's by design rather than by accident.
Investment in your craft
We use excellent equipment and excellent materials, and we support continuing education. If you want to get better at this work, this is a place that will back you.
A team that shows up for each other
Be Useful is one of our five core values, and it's the one we hire for hardest. We step in when someone needs help, look past our own job descriptions, and celebrate wins, including the small ones.
What we offer

Current openings
We don't have any openings posted right now.
That said, we'd still like to hear from you. Good people are worth making room for, and we keep every application on file for when something opens up.
Send us your resume
Whether or not there's something posted, we're always glad to hear from hygienists, licensed dental assistants and administrative team members who care about doing this work well.
Applications go straight to Olivia Séguin, our business manager.
Thank you for your interest in Seven Sails
We've received your application, and we read every one. If there's a fit, now or later, we'll be in touch.
