We bill your insurance directly

Most patients pay only their portion, at the end of the appointment. We handle the rest.

How direct billing works

If you have dental insurance, we submit your claim to your insurer on your behalf. In most cases the insurer pays us directly, and you pay only the remaining balance before you leave.

No paying the full amount upfront. No claim forms. No waiting weeks for a reimbursement cheque.

We bill directly to all major Canadian insurers.

If your plan doesn't allow direct billing. A small number of plans require the patient to submit the claim. If yours is one of them, we'll give you a completed claim form and everything your insurer needs. It usually takes a couple of minutes online.

Knowing what it costs, before it costs it

You should never be surprised at the front desk.

For any treatment beyond routine care, you'll receive a written treatment plan with itemised costs before we begin. For larger treatment we'll also submit a pre-determination to your insurer. They confirm in writing what they'll cover, so you know your exact out-of-pocket amount in advance.

If cost is a factor in your decision, say so. It's a completely reasonable thing to raise, and it lets us plan treatment in a sequence that works for your circumstances.
